Thermolysin-like specificity, but is almost confined on acting on polypeptides of up to 30 amino acids. Biologically important in the destruction of opioid peptides such as Met- and Leu-enkephalins by cleavage of a Gly-Phe bond. SWISS: P08473 Gene ID: 4311 CD10即共同型急性淋巴細胞白血病抗原,是II型跨膜糖蛋白.CD10表達于早期B淋巴細胞,某些粒性白細胞,骨髓基質(zhì)細胞,部分上皮組織及其起源的腫瘤細胞中也有表達.主要應用于某些惡性淋巴瘤和白血病的分型.CD10是一種94kD的鋅依賴性細胞膜金屬結(jié)合蛋白，參與細胞神經(jīng)肽和激素肽的后分泌過程。它廣泛地分布于腎、肝、小腸、胎盤、脈絡膜叢、腦腺、腺皮質(zhì)和白細胞，CD10是生發(fā)中心細胞及所致淋巴瘤的標志物。 |

25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with CD10 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-62909R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed Raji (H) cell; Triton X-100 at r.t. for 20 min; Antibody incubation with (CD10) monoclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bsm-62909R) 1:100, 90 min at 37°C; followed by conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody (green, bs-60295G-FITC) at 37°C for 90 min, DAPI (blue, C02-04002) was used to stain the cell nuclei. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the blank control.
The Raji(H) cells were incubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions (30 min at r.t.). Primary Antibody (green): Rabbit Anti-CD10 antibody (bsm-62909R): 1 μg/10^6 cells; Secondary Antibody (white blue): Goat anti-Rabbit IgG-FITC (bs-40295G-FITC): 1 μg/test. Blank control (black): PBS. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.
