Normal bovine serum. Whole serum is obtained from non-immunized (preimmune) healthy dogs. The serum is clarified through a 0.45 micron low protein binding filter. 成牛血清經(jīng)無(wú)菌采集、分離、微孔過(guò)濾后而成。本產(chǎn)品無(wú)支原體、無(wú)牛病毒、無(wú)噬毒體、內(nèi)毒素含量低于1EU/ml，適用于細(xì)胞、組織器官培養(yǎng)、細(xì)胞株保藏、單抗研制，是醫(yī)院、科研院校、動(dòng)物疫苗、生物制藥廠家重要培養(yǎng)基之一。 保存于-10℃至-30℃，有效期5年。 |
